St Francis MTB Challenge

Just 11 days to go to the St Francis Bay MTB Challenge 2010: Sunday 5 September at the Links, starting at 9am. This is a rare opportunity to cycle on private land, and is for a good cause, Sea Vista’s Disney Crèche.
There are four races, with no age limits, but here are some guidelines:

• 5km: for the little ones, mostly below 10 (with their parents, if they are much younger)
• 15km: for all ages, particularly suitable for kids aged about 11 to 14, or younger if accompanied by a parent
• 30km: for those reasonably fit including kids over about 14, or younger if accompanied by a parent. The winner will take about 1hr 30min, but you have 4hrs until the prize-giving...
• 60km: for the seriously fit
