June is “Cool Season” here at St Francis Links… while the rest of the country is turning brown from the frost or battling from endless cold fronts, we have this magic little place where the sun shines, the fairways are green and everything is happening!
For the members, it is a month filled with golfing opportunities that will yield amazing rewards - The 2nd MAJOR will reward the winner with a trip to Pearl Valley - all golf, travel and accommodation paid! The top teams on Friday and Saturday will also qualify for the finals on 1 October here. The US Open at Congressional is the place where Ernie raised the big silver cup for a second time. We will have it on here from start to finish! Our 2nd Member Qualifying for the Nicklaus Signature Course’s Champion of Champions, The Majors, will be played on Saturday, the 18th.
