We are very pleased to announce that our Developers have made the decision to fund another great amenity to the estate for the benefit of the home owners and their accompanied guests. The new Health and Leisure Centre due to open in early summer, will feature state of the art gym equipment, a beautiful 8x20m heated pool and another great entertainment area for small functions and events. …Our new facility, relatively simple by design, will enable all property owners in good standing to get and stay fit, swim year round and relax in a comfortable setting close to home. As the structure and operation is uncomplicated and the equipment is efficient, the operating costs are low.
