Meet Sous Chef Angie!
| A happy Chef makes for happy Customers! And Chef Brad is very happy because his new Sous Chef, Angie Dryer, has joined the kitchen team and will lend much needed support to Brad as the food and beverage team enter another season of weddings, functions and of course the holidays at the end of the year. Angie hails from George in the Southern Cape but also worked in the USA. She has experience in golf industry kitchens so our members and guests can rest assured that our kitchen team will deliver the best! Welcome Angie! The World Cup…lasting memories! |
