growing older does not mean growing up

Recently Charles and Avril Laird proved that “growing older does not mean growing up” – these two may never grow older or UP!

They organised the purchase of a Harley (having rented for trips before) to take a dream trip from San Diego to Vancouver, Canada along the Pacific coast, then into Canada to my favorite place in the world, Lake Louise and Banff and back to the coast. They traveled thousands of miles staying where they stopped and moving at a pace they desired. They are living the dream – good for them!

THE 5th Pam Golding ANNUAL

St Francis Links and St Francis Bay Golf Club
Thursday and Friday, January 6 and 7, 2011

A tug of war as representatives from SFB GC and The Links will do battle on the course again to see who will be the Pam Golding ANNUAL Champions for 2010.

Vice Captain, John Barnes and Captain, Charlie Byl will lead the charge for St Francis Bay Golf Club as their members will pair up against the members from St Francis Links. PGA Director of Golf, Jeff Clause and PGA Head Professional Ryan Dodds will see if their side can repeat as champions.

The Betterball competition traditionally attracts nearly 150 participants. Pam Golding will sponsor more than R6000 for prizes!

Introducing - The NEW Pam Golding Visitor’s ANNUAL
This year, both golf clubs will team up with Pam Golding to host the first event for the holiday visitors. The afternoon competition will also be played over both courses on 6 and 7, January. Special green fee packages will accompany the R50 entry fee.

Each day will feature a betterball format. Participants are encouraged to enter as a team. Single entries will be paired up with other singles.
